Merry Dale Resort
Northwoods Lodging at Its Best
On Beautiful Lake George Rhinelander, Wisconsin

We have availability starting August 15 if you are planning a late summer or fall vacation. This is a beautiful time of the year, fall colors erupting, nature’s perfect artists at work.

John & Ruth would like to welcome you to our lakefront resort, on a quiet bay of beautiful 450 acre Lake George. We have Southern exposure so our sandy beach is sunny all day, with no drop-offs.

beachWe have a large playground with park size equipment for the entire family to enjoy. Lake George is one of the best lakes in the area for fishing – bluegills, perch, walleye, crappie, bass, northern pike and musky – catch ’em from our piers or in the boat provided with your cabin.

Enjoy our paddle boat, canoe and kayaks, or rent a motor, or pontoon boat, (a 14ft. aluminum boat included with each cabin). We enjoy getting to know our guests and their needs so we may make this a vacation you’ll want to share with friends and family.

campfire    Our cabins include fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, living room with cable TV, free internet (Wi-Fi), bedrooms (linens furnished), and baths (please bring your own bath and dish towels). A picnic table, weber grill, boat and lawn furniture are also provided with each unit. It’s fun to meet one another at a campfire (firewood provided) on the beach, some cabins have private firepits. We are open all year ’round for a short getaway or a planned vacation.

When the lake and forest are blanketed with snow, you can enjoy cross counrty skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and ice fishing from your cabin door or just relax in front of the fireplace and finish that novel.
